Bespoke shower and wet rooms, with optional steam facilities

In addition to the luxurious bespoke tiled steam rooms designed and installed by Nordic over the last 7 years, the company is now introducing a bespoke range of shower rooms with design and product options available for any requirement. These facillities can be designed for home and professional use.

Nordic shower rooms are formed from a high density, highly insulated hard foam, which provides a perfect structure for stability and an ideal surface for finishing.

Qualities of the hard foam material:

	Environmentally friendly		Design variety
	Proven quality		Waterproof; impermeable
	Pressure stable and lightweight		Insulating
	Fire-retardant		Economical

Note: the building foam is produced using an environment-friendly technique without chlorofluorocarbons, hydrochlorofluorocarbons, hydrofluorocarbons or carbon dioxide foaming agent.

Nordic Shower Rooms

Nordic shower rooms can be designed to your specific requirements with a multitude of options. There are many, many options when creating the shower room from a fully enclosed room to a more open design. The foam building material is used to manufacture most of the room components (base, walls, roof and benching). Nordic can provide your facility tiled or un-tiled.

Flooring or base – although it is possible to supply and install a base to your specific requirements they are also available in standard sizes from 900 x 900mm up to 1400 x 1600mm, drain can be centrally located or to the corner/side of the base.

Curved or angled bases are also available.

Various waste details are also available. Example:

Walls – can be supplied straight, curved or circular, thickness ranges from 40 to 80mm. The shape and size of the shower room can be in line with client requirements and bespoke details.

Examples of irregular shaped open shower areas:

  

Doors – Anodised aluminum silver frame and 5mm clear glass doors

    

Roofs – available in a variety of designs, particularly if the shower room is a large unit and incorporating steam, the roof sections are 80mm thick and have a maximum depth of 600mm. The roof can be a flat section or it can be:

  

Nordic is able to provide a shower room in line with a client requirements based on the product and components above. Nordic has the option of offering clients:

• Shower products with associated fittings
• Steam generators as per the Mr Steam range, obviously as long as the room is enclosed and not open.

…….or the client may choose to provide their own shower or steam fittings. The package is completely flexible.

Teak Tilt-Up Shower Seat

This teak wooden shower seat is perfect for your shower or steam shower. Supplied with chrome fixings the seat can be tilted up when not in use.
